(April 2020) Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Spring Meetings

I will be presenting at the 2020 TAC Spring Meetings in Ottawa. The title of my presentation is "Application of Lightweight Concrete (LWC) for Flexible Pavements: Pavement Design and LCA Aspects". This is a result of a joint work by colleagues in the areas of pavement engineering, "environmental, enterprise, and development", and life cylcle analysis. In this work we investigated the potentials of a new pavement design by utilizing an innovative lightweight material to enhance the pavement design and performance over its service life for cold regions.I am looking forward to continuing this type of collaborative work, which I believe is essential to promote sustainable developement for our transportation network.
